Paper Formatting

  1. Paper Format:Please follow strictly the given ICCIC2010 Paper Template.
  2. PDF File:Generate your PDF File using IEEE PDF eXpressTM

    3. The paper must be submitted in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF). The PDF file must pass the compatibility test in the IEEE PDF eXpressTM. Your paper will NOT appear in the IEEE Xplore if it fails the compatibility test.
    After creating your final paper using the given ICCIC2010 Paper Template go to the IEEE PDF eXpress website athttp://www.pdf-express.org/

  3. PDF eXpress:(Access the IEEE PDF eXpress site)

    4. New Users(http://www.pdf-express.org/):Click "New Users-Click Here".
    Enter ICCIC2010x for the Conference ID, your email address, and choose a new password. Continue to enter information as prompted.
    Check that the contact information is still valid, and click "Submit".

  4. Submit Final Paper:Login into ICCIC2010 Paper Submission System using your user account.Go to "Paper&Paper Submission" to submit your final paper(Source file and PDF File).
    If applicable, update your author list, the paper title, your affiliation and the abstract. To update/correct your name and affiliation, you can do your editing at “My Profile”. The final program and conference proceedings will be prepared according to information that you provided here.
    Sign IEEE Copyright Transfer Form electronically. Upon successful submission of the IEEE Copyright Form, you should receive a confirmation e-mail from IEEE with an attached Copyright Receipt (PDF file)
